The proposed plan calls for

3 full-sized, or nearly full-sized boats:

o A full-sized 17th century Batteau, 45 feet long

o A full-sized model of an 18th century passenger boat, 65 feet long

o A model of an 18th century freighter, 80 feet long

A working scale-model of the Kanawha Canal.

Eight pylons with interpretive signage detailing the town's history over the last 400 years. One of the pylons will list the levels and dates of Scottsville's most disastrous floods.

An outdoor stage for theater and concert events

Handicapped-accessible restrooms

Total Price Tag: $650,000
