Lee Owsley, “Blue Ridge Sunrise.”

The Arts Center in Orange, in association with Virginia’s “Minds Wide Open” celebration of women in the arts, hosts an opening reception for  “Fabulous Fiber,” a group show of quilted, woven, dyed, stitched and sculpted works by regional fiber artists.
